Beginning Spring / Summer 2026, we are inviting a small number of passionate operators to become Street Food Safari Explorers — launching regionally themed street food trailers under one adventurous, story-driven brand.

Street Food Safari is a structured, brand-led food trailer franchise opportunity designed for hands-on owner-operators.
Approved Explorers operate their own Street Food Safari trailer under a shared brand system, with defined standards, support, and ongoing brand participation.

This isn’t just about running a food trailer — it’s about owning and operating a Street Food Safari business within a shared franchise-style system.

Our Growth Plan

Street Food Safari is expanding intentionally.

We are launching with a limited number of trailers in New Brunswick, allowing for hands-on support and strong brand foundations. From there, we plan to expand across Atlantic Canada, followed by long-term national growth.

Early Explorers will help shape the future of the brand.

As part of our long-term vision, Street Food Safari is working toward establishing a central gathering place for the Safari fleet — a future home base where multiple Street Food Safari trailers can come together for special events, shared markets, and community experiences. This location will also be used as the official opening place of each trailer.

While details are still being finalized, this space is intended to become a place where the Safari story comes to life in one location. More information will be announced when ready.
